As a rule, staff is required to complete their personal work in a timely and efficient manner. Overtime hours are not necessarily used to catch up on excessive loads of work but instead used for training in new technologies. At Try Hard, we also encourage staff to take vacation time for personal recreation. This way, staff leads a balanced life that will benefit both the individual and co-workers and ultimately our customers.
